Thank God we can eat strawberries in New Zealand without doing a damn
thing to them.

We're getting to the end of our growing season here and I'll miss the
fresh, sweet, unadulterated strawberries I've been enjoying every
morning since mid-November. Our favourite local grower has had them
since late-October, but I waited for a few weeks until they got really
sweet.
