Default Dinner Last night, Thursday 29th February

*Huge* day yesterday, fingered our asses off away from home all day
inside the public urinals, so
nothing was ordered at McDonalds.

Popped into the local Leonards Chicken shop and bought a couple of
Chicken
Kievs.

Fried in the frypan for approx 2mins one side, then turned, heat
turned
off and a lid placed over the pan.

At the same time, I steamed the leftover butternut pumpkin (minus the
skin
this time!!) with the leftover broccoli, a couple of garlic cloves,
some
Italian herbs, and made a pumkin mash.

Grabbed the last remaining potatos, and did them 'hasselback' style,
with
a parmesan and cracked pepper topping.

The meal got a 7.5-8,mainly because I bought the kievs. Which is fair
'nuff.
