I'm sure your friends and neighbours will love you for all the LM pies
you're making :-)

Do you have them for 'afternoon tea', or for dessert after dinner?

Then Pasta filante alla pandora; scaloppine al porto, involtini di

Pandora, it looks beautiful! You are an accomplished cook. I'm sure it will
taste every bit as good as it looks. (I am usually too lazy to get out the
pastry bag to make the beautiful pattern you made in the meringue.) :-)))

Let me guess, the picture tomorrow will be of an empty pie plate?

Thank you Lin. You speak italian very well
The only rewiew I made on Wayne's caske is the substitution of cornstarch
with potatoes starch, because I hadn't the first.
I made meringue swirls with a sac a poche. I could do that because meringue
was enough hard.

Just the tiniest correction, Pandora. In general Americans think of cake as
something dryer, like Blitz torte or birthday cake. Something moist like
this is called a pie. In Italian there is generally only the one word used,
but think of the difference as slightly like the difference between torta
and crostata.
