Default Happy Valentine's Day

A little late, but I hope it was a good one for those with someone special
to celebrate with. Gloria made me a very nice dinner of brasciola, pasta,
and mushrooms. I chilled a bottle of cava to go with it.

Dessert was Zuppa Inglese. She used ladyfingers to go around the outside
and they were soaked with either amaretto, Frangelica, or praline liqueur.

I, of course, gave her a very romantic gift. I bought a new laser printer
and hooked it up to the hub so we both can print to it. Yes, it was
extravagant, but she's worth it. You can imagine that she was overcome with
joy and was speechless. If fact she has not spoke to me since.
