I use Usenet News: http://usenet-news.net ... you pay a minimal
amount for a block. As little as $5 will get you enough to last
for quite some time.

Other people will have other recommendations.

I would agree. If your binary needs are modest, like viewing images on
alt.binary.food, then a block account is a good solution.
