A repeat of Saturday's brekky he more of my suboptimal first
attempt at a LC blueberry buckle. Not awful, just not good.

Celebrating the Krewe of Bacchus this morning with Scrambled Eggs and
and Andouille sausage, benigets and coffee. ..and a couple of
slices of King Cake.

Supper will be Chicken and Smoked-Sausage Gumbo, etc. and watching
the parade on the webcam at 530PM. Wish that we could have been
there this year. Maybe next.??

Oh! I wish I had THAT breakfast! It sounds wonderful--as does
your supper. (You remind me that I haven't done a gumbo for a

Not make believe. Just an innovation o' mine. Take a large egg, 1 teaspoon
of fat-free milk and 1 teaspoon of Grand Marnier, stir. Split an English
muffin, one-side toast then place split sides up on a sheet pan. Pour egg
mixture equally into muffins. Broil til set and bubbly. Serve with fake
butter. Enjoy!

Oh, that sounds nice and tasty. For now I am sticking to my low carb
diet, but when I fall off the wagon, this is first on my list.
