Default Dinner last night 24th Feb

After a *big* day out, I nuked the already roasted chook inside the
Corninware dish to heat it thru' then took the lid off and stuck it in the
oven for about 5-7 mins while the roast potatos, pumpkin and carrots were
cooking with the garlic cloves and rosemary scaterred amongst them.

Coupled with some steamed fresh brocollini, and a caramalised onion and
balsamic sauce........ it really hit the spot!!
