After a *big* day out, I nuked the already roasted chook inside the
Corninware dish to heat it thru' then took the lid off and stuck it in the oven for about 5-7 mins while the roast potatos, pumpkin and carrots were cooking with the garlic cloves and rosemary scaterred amongst them.
