Default Food Hunt!

I will be visiting the States in December for one month. Two weeks in
Orlando Florida, then in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
What specialities should I be looking for in these places? I mean the
sort of foodstuff I wouldn't see anywhere else i the country.
Thanks

Neil McMullen
