It won't taste good. There is olive oil in hummus as well as sesame oil
and oils don't freeze well.

We have done so a couple of times . And to be honest upon thawing and
rebelnding etc
the result was pretty lousy taste nothing like before it got frozen .

Now what we do is freeze just the chick peas and make fresh batches


BTW we eat hummus every about second day here
