I am a huge fan of what I term southern style potato salad. The first
time Keyron made it I was somewhat taken aback.

After all I'm a yankee boy, New Englander too. Our potato salad is
essentally potatoes, mayo and some spices.

Southern has the mayo, spices, etc. but adds mustard and pickle relish.

I hope that's dill pickle relish. Does Keyron use hard boiled

At a hotel buffett dinner not long ago they had bacon in their potato

Y'all forgot the hard boiled eggs. And we make our chicken salad
with white meat ONLY.
