This may or may not be very helpful, but the FOODWINE group mailing list
published a cookbook from recipes gathered by members. We tested each
recipe (almost) before it was published. Publishing it in PDF format was
discussed, but almost all the members wanted a hard copy. Bob Pastorio
wrote the forward and we now have another cookbook in the works that will be
dedicated to him. Be it a hard copy or PDF format a dedication to the sadly
now deceased members mght be nice. Unless it was lost in the move Carol
should still have a copy of it.
