I used them under my beef stroganoff-like dish for tonight's dinner.
Sosumi. The stroganoff-like dish was made with sliced onions, baby portobellos (sliced), a minced clove or garlic, beef broth, a bit of tomato powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, flour and water slurry, and light sour cream. When it was all thick and hot, I stirred in the sliced leftover sirloin I had in the refrigerator and let it sit a moment to heat the meat through. I spooned it atop the pappardelle and ate it up. A green salad with an oil, vinegar, basil, and soy sauce dressing accompanied it * on the same plate. Note to Bubba Wic: Notice that I didn't claim my dish to be real stroganoff. Aren't you pleased? Particularly not you beet-filled giant, flat, un-ladylike, triangular uszki. So, are you insisting that you haven't been properly housebroken, after all? Bubba |
