The DH brought one home yesterday. Frozen like a rock. I have never had
it before. Any ideas on how to prepare it?? He wants me to cut it up and treat it like chicken and prepare it Moroccan style - with olives and lemons and maybe artichoke hearts and peas. I am googling too.... TIA Tracy |
