Default Ano6ther dumb burglar

Watching the local early news:

A burglar was just extricated by fire and police crews from a 12"x12"
air duct at a NE Denver Blackjack Pizza shop where he had been stuck, a
tight fit. It appears that the man was naked except for socks and a
coating of grease from the duct.

First reports say the man denied any burglary attempt. He says he was
mugged and stuffed into the duct. (Isn't that when they all say?)

Criminal idiocy .... i live near a store that sells leather pants and
coats and such things, a group of guys pulls up in a van, robs the place
of money and leather clothes and having failed to 'case the joint' don't
realize its across the street from a popular cop hang out, where the
cops sit in the window of the restaurant having a meal.

Then there was the guy that robed a grocery store, got mugged and his
loot taken away from him by another crook and goes to the police to
report the mugging! "I was robbed officer!"

Or the guy that fills out an employment form while he's waiting for the
store to empty out so he can rob it, and leaves the completed form with
his name, address, phone number, ss number & etc. all neatly written on
the form.

I guess we should be grateful that most crooks are idiots to begin with.

Or the guy who tries to rob the gun store only to find that nearly
everyone in the store is armed...

Speaking of pizza shops, one way to get rid of your competition is to burn
them down.
