would have been 41 today. It's her birthday.
She was an absolute angel in my life. I'm so happy to have had the time I did have with her, and I'm so sad that it was cut so short. Aloha nui loa to all of you, TFM® |

I'm so sorry for your sadness. I want to tell you, though, how grateful I am to you for the years of love you've shared with this newsgroup. It has always been obvious, every minute, how much you adored your beautiful Christy, and that has made me happy. I love seeing people find someone who really knows and loves them deeply, and I think you two have added some real, lasting joy to the world. Thank you. I hope that if this cancer ever takes me away, people have half the loving thoughts of me that we all have of Kili. And by the way? ****. Cancer. Sideways. She has been in and out of the hospital a lot, in the past few months. Her body has been holding on to fluid and they are doing all they can to help her. It is sad. A few years ago, I was at the hospital visiting an old high school boyfriend who had cancer. His uncle stopped by, and he told his uncle that not everybody lives to be old. He seems to be doing very well under the circumstances. He was well enough last summer that he and his wife were going to go on vacation. She was all packed and ready to go but had a appointment with her doctor because she was felling a little run down. The doctor took her immediately to the hospital. He didn't just send her. He took her there personally and had her admitted. Tests confirmed that she was riddled with cancer and they gave her a week at most. She was died four days later. That was last summer and he is still hanging on. |
