Once you've been plonked by Andy, you'll never go back.

Sharon, don't bother buying fresh... use your frozen and squeeze it
"dry" with your hands - you won't have to cook it as long as the
recipe recommends. The end product will be fine.

Welcome! I didnt know you were diabetic when I pulled those, but most are
diabetic acceptable. I'd skipped the ones with pasta pretty much as you
looked to be looking for something else to do with it ;-)

Remind me next time you have a query on an ingredient, to make the
selections also 'diabetic acceptable' (which means to also account for
starches for most diabetics).

I love ricotta in stuffed pasta shells blended with spinach and a beaten
egg. Add whatever herbs you like. I also like (canned) salmon with ricotta
and dill weed.

And Andy seems to enjoy life...he makes me laugh, too...

Just so you know, if Andy sez something one can be pretty sure he is telling

I'm not crazy about salmon, but the stuffed shells look like a

Works for me. Every time anybody makes a post on a newsgroup, a unique
message ID is generated. This is unique for the entire world, no other
message has this same ID. It is independent of author, newsgroup or
*anything* (obviously it has a unique newserver ID within it). This is
the simplest, easiest, quickest and most efficient way of identifying a
newsgroup posting. You can ask your news client to retrieve the post
from your newserver, or you can go to your browser and do a Google
Advanced Group Search. There are lots of criteria on that search, but
just skip them all and go to the box at the bottom. Insert the message
ID and press the button. It will pop right up.

Pay no mind to Lil' Wayne, he's just a bitter and dried - up old

Well, Blake, I suppose either definition fits. :-) For Andy, I work for a
major behavioral health organization in Phoenix.

Okay... this has gone a bit too long.

Lighten up.

Wayne was, if memory serves me correctly, CotD #3. Good times!!!

I don't know what happened.

That's key for me...most starches are bad for me. I can tolerate brown
rice better than white and am contemplating trying rice pudding with
it...lol.... I love macaroni salad and it's a family favourite in the summer
months. Last summer I made the salad with whole wheat pasta and didn't like
it. Lots of concessions with this condition...thanks again....Sharon
