Its a beautiful day in Sedona, and outdoor grilling season has just started. I don't think that this information, now on CNN as well, has anything whatsoever to do with trying to convert us all to vegetarians. I think it has more to do with finding the right mix of steaks/burgers and veggies. I am absolutely terrible at "grilling" veggies, and my lame attempt at getting the vegetable element into this dinner tonight is a baked potato. But I'll make sure and put some easy-to-steam broccoli on the plates as well. Dave |
