I agree. It's a tasty, and unusual tasting coffee. It has some
odd charcteristics in that it keeps okay at room temp, but
deteriorates drastically when kept in the freezer. Exactly
the opposite of the standard coffees (for me, standard
is something like Blue Bottle or Graffeo).

I do not know the explanation for this.

I'm thinking that if I can't find Penguin and you can't find
Woodbridge, we can do a cultural exchange sometime in the future
(before it gets hot). I have (free) access to the proper packaging
for wine, so I'll mail you first and you can mail me back using the
same packaging. Postage will be a bummer, so we'll talk via email.
