I'd just serve them grilled as an entree with some steamed veggies...
and maybe a small salad.

Ooh, that'd be good. I've made those in the past and like them with a
bit of melted Jack cheese. ;-d Or Havarti...

I second the motion! I love stuffed pork chops. That and a vegetable or
salad and you have a whole meal

Depends on what else you've got in the way of vegetables and pantry items. I
like to pan-fry pork chops and onions, throwing in some sliced zucchini
about a minute before everything else is done, and then finish by adding fig
balsamic vinegar, cooking slightly to reduce.

In similar vein, you could replace the zucchini with sliced cabbage strips
and the fig balsamic vinegar with a mixture of cider vinegar and sugar.

Sweet-n-sour pork chops, with emphasis on the 'sour' rather than the
'sweet'. Accompany with pineapple, bell peppers, and onion on rice.

Best -- Terry

Grilled is fine, as is a nice salad.... but I want those pork chops
with a side of macaroni and cheese!

<lol> So do I...

But I still have #65 to go before even considering it! :-)

My personal vendetta against adipose cells tends to influence my
posts... Sorry!

When I hit my goal weight, I've promised myself a damned baked spud.

As of yesterday, it's officially #40 down.
