![]() More than just the chicken was at the musgovian stage. I had some broccoli a little cauliflower and carrots that needed tending to also. I added some onion to them and roasted them at 400* until tender. While that was going on I picked the last of the meat off of a roasted chicken. Over a medium heat I melted some butter and added equal amounts of Frank's hot sauce. I then added a little more butter ;-) pretty warm, even for me. http://i39.tinypic.com/1zxqd5g.jpg I added a salad. I wanted Ranch dressing but I was out so I mixed up a little mayo with some buttermilk and sprinkled in some seasoned salt. It was pretty darned good and provided the cool balance to the hot chicken. http://i40.tinypic.com/8vysyr.jpg koko -- There is no love more sincere than the love of food George Bernard Shaw www.kokoscorner.typepad.com updated 03/20 |
