I'd rather do without, since > the end product bears no resemblance to what was intended. thanks Wayne. i'm glad i'm not the only one that prefers to make food as it was intended, without substituting reduced or no-fat products. it's not like the average person is eating a steady diet of quiche, cream soups or sauces. it is far more satisfying to eat delicious food in moderation than to ruin the taste/texture so one can feel virtuous while pigging out. lee |

IMHO, nothing in moderation is going to kill you, and should only be avoided under strict doctor's orders.
