We should start a thread on "cooking with seeds" :-)
My personal favorite to add to a number of dishes is sesame seeds.
Sunflower and pumpkin go well too. I've never added peanuts as, to me,
they are too calorific.

The chain Souper Salad always has spicy peanuts on the salad bar and
these work amazingly well for some reason.
