Default I can tell you definitively that dog does NOT taste like chicken

I had an opportunity last night to taste dog. I really didn't like
it, and it wasn't just the weird Asian seasonings. It reminded me
somewhat of wild duck, or ostrich. It had a very gamy taste. Has
anyone else ever tried it?

I didn't butcher it or cook it. I just tasted it. I assume that it
was slaughtered and cleaned properly.

:-) Exactly! The thing that puts me off any thought of eating dog is
the rememberence of stepping in dog shit!

That said, pig shit is pretty nasty stuff too, but that hasn't put me
off pork, ham, & bacon. :-)

Ain't cultural prejudices marvellous!

Cheers, Phred.

When, where, how, and, most importantly, WHY?
