Hi, has anyone seen a wind up kitchen timer that counts down for 90
minutes or two hours? All I've seen are the one hour ones. I'm eager to find one. Thanks! Nelson |

Nope but if you buy a cheap digital watch say $10-15, they usually include a countdown timer, stopwatch, and alarm clock, which can be used simultaneously. Best, Marc > >Nelson |

Most wind-up I've seen are are 60 minute (what my mom used to call 'egg timers', but who would want a 60 minute egg?!). I got a digital, sticks to the fridge with a magnet cooking timer that counts in seconds, minutes and hours for about $2.00 at Target several years ago. Takes a AA battery. Also requires that you remember to set the timer <G> Jill |

When I set the oven timer (moderately loud buzz), I can usually hear it at my computer -- but not always. So I keep a little Polder timer/clock unit next to me hear. Usually I remember to set IT, too. Usually. -- -Barb (www.jamlady.eboard.com updated 10-16-03; check the PickleHats tab, too.) |

I rarely use the timer on my oven, I find it is better to use my watch (which has a 23 hour and 59 minute timer), since it follows me around in case I go out of earshot of the oven. -- John Gaughan http://www.johngaughan.net/ |

Usually I remember to set IT, too. Usually. For years I had a stove that did not have a timer/clock (egads!) That's when I had to get the digital. I still rely on it even though my stove now has a timer. The beep is annoying enough to wake me from a dead sleep ![]() Jill |

Wind Up Kitchen Timer for 90 Minutes?
I've seen the digital types in the grocery stores. Might have to settle for that type of timer. Most of what I've seen is priced at less than $10.00... |
