Default MILD GREEN CHILIES

MILD GREEN CHILIES: I've been hooked on these for 15 years, since I
lived in Texas.
They add a little boost of flavor to pasta sauces, salads, skillet
suppers. They're sold
whole and chopped in 4-ounce cans; when I can find chopped, I buy
them.
