I think it looks fun... except I don't eat cold soup and I don't have a freezer big enough to make or store more than two, so no dinner parties with ice bowls for me in the near future. -- I love cooking with wine. I think it sounds like a great idea, and I have plenty of room in the upright freezer to store quite a few.
