Ta! Okay, I'm red tomatoes... I'd do...a turkey curry with the filet, masala, coconut and chiles. Then throw the chicken and other veg into a roasting tin and roast (and do I get the fresh herbs as standard? Cause I'd use them!) -- 'Tis Herself |

Ta! I would sautee some veggies (cauliflower, onion and carrot) with the chillies and the chunked turkey, stir in the coconut milk to make a sauce, and serve over rice. Bake the chicken the next night with the potatoes, carrots and onion, make a nice gravy from the pan drippings. Dawn |

Set the one chicken aside for another recipe. Saute the turkey fillet
chunks in a little olive oil or ghee and set aside. Cut up and nuke the cauliflower and potatoes while sauteeing the chopped onion and a chopped chile or two (and, if you like them, carrots) in the leftover oil or ghee. Season with masala to taste. When onion mixture is browned to taste, stir in the coconut milk, nuked cauliflower and potatoes, and sauteed turkey meat. Warm and serve over hot rice. -- Sylvia Steiger RN, homeschooling mom since Nov 1995 http://www.SteigerFamily.com Cheyenne WY, USDA zone 5a, Sunset zone 1a Home of the Wyoming Wind Festival, January 1-December 31 Remove "removethis" from address to reply |
