Help! I ordered a medium spicy entree' at a Thai restaurant. It is way
too hot. Can it be tamed?

Pammiepie:

The trick I was shown by a friend on my first visit to Thailand was to
simply put some rice into your mouth (right on your tongue) which tends
to kill the spiciness. Try it! It really works.

When eating other spicy cuisines, bread can have the same effect.
