Default Secrets to lower your cholesterol

Cholesterol-lowering drug are expensive and unpleasant to take.
Changing your diet could be very helpful to lower your cholesterol.I
found that seafood has the least amount of fat from the meat group.
Salmon, especially, is a great source of the alpha-three fatty
acids, which could lower lipid levels. Thus, it is important to select
the fresh fish.

Pescatori (Italian-style shellfish) recipe
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon each oregano, thyme and crushed red pepper
2 medium tomatoes, cut up
1 large green pepper, cut up
8 ounces raw clams
8 ounces raw scallops
In a sauce pan place all ingredients, except the shellfish, and cook
over medium heat for 4 to 5 min. until the pieces of onion and green
pepper become tender and a saucelike consistency is reached. Then add
the shellfish and simmer for just 5 more min. no more or the fish will
be overcooked. Serve over pasta for 4.
PS. One day, a friend of mine advised me to try a natural juice. I
gave it a try. My cholesterol has been dropped to 40 percent. For more

I pay US$5.00 for three months. Some of the non-generics are expensive,
but these drugs have been out long enough that you can get generics.

WTF? It's a pill. Put it in your mouth and wash it down with some
water. What could be easier?

Yes, and that should be tried before the drugs.
