Many times we do not believe in a soup as a main dish at our dinner, but I want to present this potato soup recipe for consideration as a very good alternative at the time of thinking what to prepare for dinner. Its preparation is simple and quick.
This recipe is for 4 to 6 servings and you need: ½ pound beef tenderloin 2 grated ripe tomatoes Coriander and parsley 1 stalk onion ½ cube beef stock 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks Salt to taste They get to cook all the ingredients except the potatoes, until meat is tender. Strain well and add more water. In this broth set to cook potatoes until tender and served hot with the meat cutted into cubes and decorated with chopped coriander.
