Default Torula yeast

Anyone have *personal* experience with it? Assume that we all know
how to Google. It's in a lot of processed foods as a flavor
enhancer. Unlike MGS which gets its umph from glutamic acid, TY has a
high concentration of DNA/RNA. Just curious.
