Default Carrots for breakfast

Left over from last night. They were cooked in with a giant roasting
hen. I've wondered about alpha carotene, so I looked it up. Seems
beta carotene is the most common, and alpha is second. Kind of like
our concert tickets. The "B" series are in Row A, and the "A" series
are in row B.

I had a little of the chicken on the side too. It was huge, like 9
pounds.

That's a big roaster!

I tend to keep steamed carrots available for dad a lot as they are his
favorite veggie. He eats them often for breakfast too along with
whatever else I've prepared for him.

His breakfast is in the 'frige for him for later at the moment. He was
up late so not ready to eat anything this morning.

There are a few carrots on the plate along with one steamed egg and 3
jumbo shrimp with teryaki sauce.
