And yes, that was when I still lived in the OK/Texas southwesty area. Can't say that I've seen them on the menus out here, but I haven't found a lot of Mexican restaurants that I like here (strange, that). Also, wouldn't fajitas covered in cheese be more like a wet burrito or flour tortilla enchilada? --Lin (there's nothing like Tex-Mex) |

BTW, I always thought that the diff between carne asada and fajita was that fajita was smoked. --Bryan The album, "School of the Americas" is now available online. Go to: http://www.thebonobos.com/ Click on the album cover to purchase. This is a fold out case with a lyrics booklet for only $9.99. That's right folks, only $9.99. |

Preferably grilled over a smoldering fire of nothing but hickory wood, for hours while we drank beer and tried to keep the fire going just right. Still the best BBQed chicken I ever ate Bryan! I did some the other day, using hickory as the base, but adding cherry to smoke. I've got enough fruit trees now that I'll always have plenty for smoking. > > John Kuthe... --Bryan The album, "School of the Americas" is now available online. Apple wood is good fior smoking too. The only really good thing the Ex's drunk-assed father ever cooked was a turkey he smoked in apple wood. YUM! John Kuthe... |
