It's clear and bright here this afternoon, but chilly. It's been a good
day so far. I had a good riding lesson, a nice brunch, got the patio out of storage (but too cool to sit outside). The house is full of the wonderful aroma of a leg of lamb cooking. We will be having roasted potatoes and carrots and steamed Brussels sprouts. My wife made some meringue shells. I have some freshly made ice cream to put on top and some fruit salad. We have to eat early so I can take my son into town to catch the bus back home. |

As usual, we're having two different meals for just the two of us. I'm having baked ham with raisin sauce, Brussels sprouts, and a roasted sweet potato. David (who won't eat ham) is having meatloaf with roasted potatoes and carrots. We'll share a fresh blackberry roll with table cream for dessert. -- Wayne Boatwright ------------------------------------------------------------------------ It's bizarre that the produce manager is more important to my children's health than the pediatrician. ~Meryl Streep |

It all sounds yummy. :-) I'm not cooking anything special for Easter this year so I'm envious! -- Peace! Om Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
