Sounds delicious. The Butter Pimento Sauce looks quite interesting --
especially on asparagus. Have you tried it before?

That is all I ever make for asparagus.....just some melted butter and
a tablespoon of chopped pimento....s&p. I would love
hollandaise...but ya gotta cut back somewhere. <vbg>

I guess what I was curious about was if the pimento had been pureed to a
creamy texture. Your way sounds easy and tasty enough.

--Lin (in a love-hate relationship with hollandaise, too).
