Default Frugal Fridge Trifecta

This wasn't half bad for a quick lunch, plus it made some room in the
fridge.

a. leftover black bean soup, (I will NOT start with dry beans again
- )

b. some leftover 'little ear' pasta,

c. some leftover Louisiana type chicken dish (chunks of chicken,
bacon bits, green pepper, onion, basil and tarragon)

I mixed it all together, a few minutes in the mike, and voila --- a
save-a-money lunch. It kills me to waste food.
