After all the great suggestions I did go with the Pineapple Upside down
cake - Thanks to you all.

After everyone was seated someone yelled "Who Made the Pineapple Upside Down
Cake" I confessed.

Yesterday, the day of our normal practice while planning another Sunday
practice the director (as wide as he is tall) suggested we not change the
food allocations and pointed to Joe whose wife made some chocolate cream
puffs and myself.

I'll have to wait for the new food allocations to see what's on tap.

Once again thanks to all for helped with the recipes and suggestions.
