Default Annual Breakfast of Champions.

Mornin' rfc membership [waving]

For me, anyway. I copied Lin's "Egg Beaters French toast" (x4) with great
success, including real butter and real Maple syrup.

Delicious!

[Bows] to Lin!

With a tall glass of grapefruit juice and a multivitamin.

YOU?

't'will be raisin bran with yogurt when I'm done with this message.
Plus the morning meds. Then it's off to the grocery store.

Terry,

Gosh, I haven't had raisin bran in decades. Shame on me!

Happy Birthday, Andy!

With a nod to Lin I'll be making regular whole egg scrambled eggs. 3 slices
of bacon and a toasted English muffin (with benecol, as if it matters).

Jill,

Thanks!

Benecol?

I just turned back to real butter.

Seems like every time I go left, you go right.

What's the fun in that?

9 am is when the radio goes off. My wife really dislikes Car Talk. I
often listen to the Sunday rebroadcast, but that's on my Walkman at
work. The radio goes back on for sure at noon. Wait, Wait... is my
favorite hour of radio for the whole week, and YAY! the pledge drive
is over.

Nope. No cake for breakfast! I thought I'd let my cavities sleep in!

Picture a nut with a BUM!!! leg in a tractor coming at you! LOL!

Happy birthday Andy! :-)
I just had a very light snack, one breakfast sausage link and a little
bit of grilled squash.

I'm going out here in a bit with my sister and best friend for a "girls
day out" at the chinese buffet so needed to save room. There is plenty
of good stuff at the Hong Kong buffet for me to still stick to my diet.
<g>

We will go window shopping after that for a couple of hours...

Then I'll come home and roast those beef ribs for meat for the rest of
the week. I plan to paint them lightly with some soy sauce, then
sprinkle a bit of salt free fajita seasoning on them. That's it.

I don't either, but try gin & grapefruit juice sometime (in the
evening.) 2 shots in a good-sized glass of juice. Beats the heck out
of vodka & orange juice.

Juniper.

That's what it's flavored with, and I don't care much for it either.

I know that now, but the little 12 YO Bryan, interested in raiding the
liquor cabinet thought, "Ewww, this stuff smells like those berries on
the bushes out in front of the house." For at least half a year after
our NM vacation, my son drew pictures of NM that included lots of
"juniper bushes."
