Default Mother's Day dinner

As a Mom of 4 I get to choose. I'm thinking shiskabob. Steak and scallops.
Rice pilaf and salad. I'm not sure what hard beverage! Mojito's?

I think mojitos would be a good choice if YOU like them. It's your day,
after all. If you want a quasi-tropical theme, some other good options would
be:

Daiquiris
Hurricanes
Singapore Slings (as Peter recommended)
Planters Punch
Mai Tais
Mint Tea with Vodka
Sangria

Champagne, hard cider, or ale would work fine, too.
