Unfortunately I don't like asparagus. My girlfriend is thinking about
some sauted
lettuce of some sort.

I picked up a frozen duck at Walmart's Supercenter, but I changed my
mind at the cash register.

Got some plum sauce, and I'm going to roast a duck one of these days
when I feel motivated.

Today, I have sushi.

You're having scallop scampi (someone had to ask)?

Italian-marinated veggies for an appetizer?

As much as I like Sushi, roasted duck is better.
Forget the plum sauce. Duck does not need much help.

Personal preference? Almost a condiment? I don't like chewing dry
meat.

I like pork, but I like pork better with a little applesauce - ham
with pineapple.

Just a tad on the side of the plate, por favor?
