Default Breakfast Sun 17May

Pan seared Sirloin steak, 2 sunny side up free range eggs, half a Truss
tomato pan-fried, all on 2 pieces of toasted wholemeal bread, downed with a
large glass of fresh OJ.

Got a big day ahead, and need to get my energy levels up.

Sometimes, that's a bit beguiling too.

I look at your name, and the first thought is it's rather old school
'English' (ie, Pom) :-)

Well, you're in one of these areas,
* Boston
* Chicago
* D.C. Metro
* Lehigh Valley
* New York City
* Philadelphia

So you're closer to England than I am :-)

Large bowl of steel-cut oats, Equal, 2% milk, morning meds and
vitamins.

I'm not in a rut, I just like steel-cut oats.

I usually make enough for two, because elder daughter has taken to
steel-cut oats. This time she made 'em. She learned that one does
not leave the kitchen until the burner has been turned to "LO" and the
mixture is in no danger of boiling over. She also learned that if she
makes the mess she gets to clean it up, including scrubbing the pot.

Best -- Terry

Yes. Actually I knew how you came up with those locations because
of a bit of spam I got.

People generally don't think I have a Boston accent. Sometimes I
have been asked about being from Pennsylvania.

Oh, my breakfast...

Two cafes au lait. I Amy's veggie pocket. I had to get out the
door kind-of quickly. I need to make a batch of muffins or something.
