Hope you are successful in your gathering Lou. It is a grown-up's
equivalent of Easter Egg hunting but so much more delicious and harder
(!). Crackers are indeed a good base to show off the morel flavor.
Talked to a French friend who has his chef's degree from Cordon Bleu
en France. Oh he was so happy for me. Told me "morels are worth more
than their weight in gold". Fun! And Happy Hunting!
