Default Irish Cashel Blue

Wow. Best cows-milk blue cheese out there. Only sheep's milk could
possibly make this any better. This is the next best thing to roquefort.
I'm very impressed, it being such a "new" cheese. $22/lb from
Newflower/Sunflower market, but worth it.

Also on the menu today was Abbaye Ste Mere, which was just cheese.
Nothing special. $11/lb from CostCo.

Four hours after I posted this the price went up to 24.99/lb. I
oughta try out for the next Oprah.

I'm willing to be the next WHite Man Oprah. And It ain't \
