Default Dialysis Cookbook

I am not promoting anything here, rather I found this cookbook (you can
download/print) for those folks that are on kidney dialysis.
I have found that cooking for an elderly person that undergoes dialysis
3x/wk is rather difficult and there is limited info on planning meals.
Print it if you can use it. It's 110 pages.

Even if you don't have kidney disease, this looks like a fun read.
