When I make gravalax, I make Squeaks Tequila Lime Cured Gravalax.
Can't say I have experience with once frozen salmon though.
Having said that, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Considering that much of the salmon we see behind the butcher's counter
at Safeway and Raley's was previously frozen, I don't see why it
wouldn't work either.

Maybe freezing it a second time is what makes it ooky.

Ooooh ---- yummy! I've never had gravlax, but I do love salmon -- raw,
smoked and everything else in between.

I was going to suggest a pairing, but it looks like you have it covered.
Of course, I will have other choices for the rest of the evening! Have
you finalized your menu yet?

Of course, you don't have to cook anything! Visiting with you over
cheese and crackers (or a bowl of Cheetos) is more than enough.

I can pick her up on my way out! It's sort of on the way.
