REC:Baked lemon & coconut meringue cheesecake

Made it for dessert last night after the SO saw the recipe and 'requested' it. The filling is quite nice but I wasn't fussed on the coconut in the meringue, it flattened it out quite a lot and on completion the meringue was quite solid rather than 'meringuish'.
