It's a good thing you don't hate this girl. I have never seen a show,

What are her credentials?

Sandy appeals to all of us out here in TV land that love to flip on a show
and watch it just for the simple, mindless, brain-numbing, coma-inducing
stupidity of it. Sandy quit the Cordon Bleu after only a few days. She
felt it was too regimented. So, technically, she has absolutely no cooking
credentials of any kind.

Her personal story is actually mildly interesting. She basically raised her
siblings by herself, at a very young age, and had to figure out how to cook
and care for them. You can find her biography on the Food Network website.
How much of it is true is up for debate.

We love Sandy and her shows. Or at least, we like her better than getting a
root canal.
