You make it sound so out of the way. As the crow flies, I'm 14-15 miles from Philly. Contrary to public opinion, the sun DOES rise in Media, PA. Andy |

Having thunderstorms in the area in a little while. So if the power stays on, I'll have two eggs over easy on halves of a whole wheat toasted muffin, with some cheddar sliced over the top, and ham on the side. :-) have a nice evening... |

(snip) You may both be right. In his earlier days he was spot on. I'm listening to an early 70's recording of La Boehme. Pavarotti is simply excellent. Some of the notes he reaches and holds can only be described in terms of a vocal orgasm. In his later years he had health problems, and that was bound to effect his voice. I saw him in Pittsburgh in the early 90s. He might as well have been a dot - that was how far away he was, although the acoustics were excellent. His voice suffered in his later years. -- mad |

I just fired up the Hammond and sang an E, then played an E and I was spot on, Same with A and B. Hehe, E-A-B, the chords to the bubblegum song. I'm sure that folks here'll despise it as much as the old alt.punkers did: Wash You Like a Cat Ev'ry inch, now Ev'ry inch, now I wanna wash you like a cat Whatchya have to say to that? All over. Maybe goes to yea (It's all over) I'm gonna get to you One kiss and I'll say, "It's all over." I'm gonna get to you. I'm gonna wash you like a cat Whatchya have to say to that? Any day now. I'm gonna get to you (any day now) Some dreams do come true I'm gonna get to you (any day now) Alright, down on you I wanna wash you like a cat Whatchya have to say to that? While it's true that Satanic Majesty's fell into the Stones' anything-you-can-do-I-can-do-better joke on the Beatles, it nevertheless had some great material. Very likely you are ignorant of The Bonobos' music, and your insults are at about a third grade level. And on a personal level, at least people know who *I* am.
