Default Kiwi Sav Blanc flavours, sweaty passionfruit, asparagus and cat's pee.

I wonder if they *actually* had to taste cat's pee to see what it was like???

"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers
nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a
stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad
drink, though."

LOL!!

Even journo's make typos that have cat(no pun intended!!)astophic results
:-)

It should have had a comma, thus........

"sweaty passionfruit, asparagus, and cat's pee."

I'm still wondering how you work a passionfruit into a sweat!!

In winter, when I climb into my car in the morning and fire up the heating
system, if cats had slept and ****ed on the hood of the car one can get a
very informing lesson about the smell of cat's pee.
BTW, the most "peeish" sauvignon blanc I ever had was from Chile, while the
less "peeish" ones are those from AU and NZ. I love those from marlborough,
cloudy bay and another area I can't remember, but my favorites remain the
north-east italians from Collio and Colli Orientali del Friuli, both in the
Friuli region. Unluckily I tried only one french Sancerre, and it sure
wasn't top notch
