Box o' Blue at Breakfast!

Made a good Stroganoff this morning about 9:00 to simmer slowly in the crock pot. 1 onion diced & sautéed 8 Oz.button mushrooms quartered sautéed with the onions 1 3 Lb sirloin cubed salt pepper & floured & browned 1 can beef broth to deglaze the pan EVOO & butter 1 cup sour cream Crock pot on low till dinner. As for being ambitious? Not so much. Being Monday, and trash day is tomorrow, I look through the fridge/freezer for things close to expiration. Consume what I can, trash the rest of it :-) Bob |
